Fax You! You’re Not Getting My House!
MASSACHUSSETTS (OCN) — A quick thinking 53-year-old woman from Massachusetts by the name of Carlene Balderrama found a way to save her house from being foreclosed upon.
So what did she do to save her home? She faxes her mortage company telling them “By the time you foreclose on my house I’ll be dead.”
She then kills herself and leaves a note to her family telling them to “take the insurance money and pay for the house.”
It seems the wife and mother of a beautiful family had not paid the mortage in over three years (42 months according to reports) and this went unknown by her husband John Balderrama.
Carlene Balderrama is survived by her 24-year-old son and husband, John.
