Regina Usvjat Reaches AdWords

NEW YORK (OCN) — If you are ever on Google Search and type in ‘Regina Usvjat‘ (an associate at Thacher Proffitt & Wood) in the search field, you will notice something new.

There is an ad campaign that appears on the top right of Google’s Search Index when the keyword ‘Regina Usvjat’ is typed in.

Where does it go? It tries (currently there is an error) to go to PINUP’S NAKED JUSTICE that was written by James Fanelli and is published by The New York Post. So, is it their ad? We can’t confirm that as of yet as any entity with an AdWords account could create the campaign and target it to the article.

Doing so can help promote the page (which has ads itself) or tarnish the company in the eyes of readers. So, if the ad belongs to The New York Post, do they really need it? No, as that page is number one (to five depending on your country setting) in Google’s Search. Since a lot of sites started linking to the page, it gained page rank (currently PR3) over the past six months.

We thought they were the only site doing it but if you are searching from Google Australia, (special thanks to our Aussie subscriber) you will see the following.

Very strange. It’s almost like she never existed. In a way, that is good for the Associate.
