ParentCONNECTxp Disconnects with Students
NEW YORK (OCN) — Has your parents stop asking you “How was school today?” and other similar questions? Well, there is a simple reason for that.
Parents now have a new arsenal called ParentCONNECTxp. ParentCONNECTxp is a software program that provides parents (and guardians) access to their student’s academic records, attendance and transcript information.
Schools can add this software to their website or create a special domain name just for the program. Parents and guardians can then access the system and pull up the information for the students. Although this is a valuable tool for parents, some teachers feel this service will put more stress on students from demanding parents which will affect their performance.
